1 Where you are now

Enter your last 30 days numbers from GA4 or your platform dashboard — sessions, ecommerce conversion rate & average order value. Rough numbers are fine, this is for illustrative purposes only. If you'd like to see where the growth would come from, split it out by channel.

2 Pull the levers

There are 4 main growth levers: get more people, make more of them buy, get them to spend more when they do & come back more often. Set a lift against each & the numbers below update as you type. The KPIs compound: 10% on each lever is worth more than 40% in total.

The Uplift
✎ This is a place to start only, not a forecast. Now you need to work out how to get each lift. In real life, the levers aren't fully independent. If you push traffic hard enough the conversion rate will likely dip before it recovers. But it gives you an idea of where to focus. Also, a 10% conversion lift & a 10% traffic lift cost very different amounts to achieve, but they're worth the same on this page. So take with a pinch of salt, but let this help drive priorities.
If you'd like a hand working out which levers to pull & what's realistic for your business, this is the work I do every day — get in touch & we can talk it through.
