After managing the marketing strategy for BeCheeky.com, the investment board asked me to step up and run the business. Sales were off target with dangerous levels of costs, cashflow and stock and they needed to turn the business around.

After a restructure, aggressive cost & debt management, sales increased by 60% and losses reduced by 52% with conversion rate increasing by 150%. The business was then sold to an indirect competitor, LoveHoney.

 
Justine joined Be Cheeky as Head of Marketing. She quickly demonstrated a good working knowledge of the mechanics of marketing and marketing management. Under her management the key KPI’s at Be Cheeky continually improved. Following a change in senior management Justine was an automatic choice as CEO. Again the key KPI’s continued to grow.
